Gardens by the Bay in Singapore is thrilled to announce the return of their Children’s Festival for the 10th edition, this time with an exciting collaboration with Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2. The festival kicks off on May 25 at the iconic Supertree Grove, offering the only Inside Out 2-themed outdoor carnival in Southeast Asia with large-scale installations.

Children will have the opportunity to explore their emotions through interactive areas inspired by beloved Inside Out 2 characters such as Joy, Anger, Sadness, Fear, and Disgust, along with new Emotions Anxiety, Envy, Ennui, and Embarrassment. This festival aims to help children understand and cope with their feelings in a fun and engaging way.

The event will run until June 22 and most of the activities are free for visitors to enjoy. Disney and Pixar’s Inside Out 2 movie will be released soon, following the story of Riley as she navigates her teenage years with new Emotions joining the familiar characters.

CEO of Gardens by the Bay, Felix Loh, expressed excitement over the collaboration with Disney for the festival, emphasizing the importance of helping children learn about emotions through relatable characters and stories. The festival aims to provide families with an opportunity to bond and spend meaningful time together.

Visitors can look forward to a variety of installations and activities inspired by the characters of Inside Out 2. One highlight is the Kaleidoscope of Memories, where visitors can create their own Memory Orb by selecting an emotion, posing for a photo, and uploading it to be projected alongside others’ memorable moments.

In addition to the interactive installations, visitors can enjoy a special edition of the nightly Garden Rhapsody light and sound show, synchronized with the Inside Out soundtrack. Complimentary Disney and Pixar themed activities, movie screenings, fringe performances, carnival games, and a retail pop-up featuring Inside Out 2 merchandise will also be available.
