With a €15M turnover, the company is looking to forge partnerships with high-end retailers and distributors while also promoting its products as a specialist premium ingredient to chefs in restaurants, hotels, and exclusive dining establishments.
To kick off their marketing campaign, La Rustichella recently hosted an exclusive dining event at Roast in London, partnering with a Rome-based winery. The event brought together potential retail partners and media representatives. This month, the brand is set to host an event at Westminster Kingsway College’s fine dining establishment, The Escoffier Room, showcasing a five-course menu designed by third-year students. In March, La Rustichella will debut at Hotel, Restaurant & Catering as part of the IFE event, demonstrating its range to cater to the discerning diner.
Future plans for the brand include participating in trade and consumer shows, a comprehensive media relations campaign, collaborations with like-minded brands, and a targeted campaign with Great British Chefs.
